Summary (not a substitute for the Terms): Conversions consume credits. All credits—including Pro Credits—are non-refundable. Purchased Credits expire after 24h. Pro Credits renew monthly and unused Pro Credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. All conversions are final once started. Service provided “as is”.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Convert3Dfiles (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Convert3Dfiles provides local, browser-based 3D file conversion with optional export and Stripe-powered credit purchases and subscriptions.

3. Definitions

  • Credits: units that enable file conversions within the Service.
  • Free Daily Credit: up to one complimentary credit per 24 hours, if offered.
  • Purchased Credits: credits bought à la carte via Stripe.
  • Pro Credits: credits issued under a recurring subscription plan (“Pro Plan”).

4. Credits & Payments

  • Each conversion consumes credits.
  • Free Daily Credit: may be granted once per 24 hours; not bankable if unused.
  • Purchased Credits: expire 24 hours from purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Pro Credits: issued monthly with your subscription; renew each billing cycle; unused Pro Credits expire at the end of the cycle.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
  • Taxes and fees may apply based on your location.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all Credits (Free, Purchased, and Pro) are non-refundable, whether used or unused.
  • Final conversions. Once a conversion has started, the credit redemption is final regardless of output quality or compatibility.
  • Subscriptions (Pro Plan). You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access and Pro Credits continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds.
  • If required by applicable law, any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: copy, modify, distribute, or resell the Service; reverse-engineer, scrape, bypass or tamper with credit/account mechanisms; or use the Service to process unlawful or infringing content.

7. Intellectual Property

Convert3Dfiles™ and all related code, designs, and trademarks are owned by Shapemaker Studios. © 2025 Shapemaker Studios. All rights reserved.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Conversion quality may vary depending on source files. We do not guarantee compatibility with all formats or software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shapemaker Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in Swedish courts.
